Wim Does studied organ at the Rotterdam Conservatory (Codarts) and received the degree Master of Music with Ben van Oosten. With organist Sophie-Véronique Cauchefer-Choplin, in Paris he attended private lessons. At the same time he also studied Harmony, Fanfare and Brassband conducting. He is the principal organist of the Roman Catholic St. Aloysiuschurch in Utrecht and is second organist at the St. Augustinus church in Amsterdam. He is a member of the National Board of the Royal Singers-league for Education. Beside organist is he teaching organ, piano and keyboard. As international concert organist he gaves organ concerts, in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, England, Sweden, Finland, Norway, USA, Italy, Russia, Ukraine and Canada. With his wife Sussana Veerman he forms a quatremains duo for organ and piano, In 2010 they made a quatre-mains cd on the organ of the Cathedral in Orléans (France) and in 2016 a cd with organ and piano duets in the Philharmony in Haarlem (Netherlands). In 2013 he recorded a solo-cd at the St. Aloysius church in Utrecht with pieces of Buxtehude, Bach, Schumann, Brahms en Rheinberger. Also in 2013 he received the Diplôme Médaille d’Argent (silver medal) of the French Société Académique d’Education et d’Encouragement Arts-Sciences-Lettres for his merits for the French organ music.
