Formed by Mexican percussionist and singer Sergio Barrenechea, Impulso Flamenco is well known on Montreal's world jazz scene. The group presents a mix repertoire of traditional Flamenco in fusion with Latino and Arab musics, with Jazz accents. Thanks to the virtuosity of its performers both musicians and dancers, the show is energetic and colorful, intense and deep and still leaves considerable room for improvisation.
